Discount Advances

Has anyone ever been able to get a refund of over payment to Discount Advances. I have found a Desist and Refrain Letter from CA nad will send it in on Monday but, will I receive any money back????

I actually added up the FEES alone from my previous loans from them and they total a embarrassing $8,939.41. How could I have been so dumb. I owe $1650 on my current loan principal, would I be morally wrong NOT to pay them.
