Yup, as mentioned they an offshore lender. You technically owe nothing but you should pay the principal. If they tell you they won't accept the principal, then you tell them they will get nothing. The only way the contract would be enforceable is if they sent batman to your house to use that skyhook thing he used in The Dark Knight and took you to the west indies.

Offshore lenders are a menace to our country. Do what the other posters have suggested. Send a letter explaining that you'll pay only the principal amount. They'll send you letter stating you should fulfill the loan agreement. Action Payday will also claim that they don't come under the payday loan laws. Don't believe them.
