Hello all. I recently made the mistake of acquiring payday loans to help pay off my student loan and other bills. It quickly escalated and I am now paying all kinds of overdraft fees from my bank and just barely paying the interest off my payday loans. I Live in New Jersey and have read contradicting statements that online payday loans are illegal in New Jersey. Some say that they definitely are and others say that since they are online, New Jersey state laws do not apply. If anyone can please clarify, it would be a great help. I am also listing the different companies that I have borrowed from as it appears on my bank statement. Anything that I have listed as amount paid is just the required amount to be paid. If anyone can please let me know what I can do to help be done with these payday loans once and for all, it will be greatly appreciated. Thank you again
List of payday loans
My Cash Now---Borrowed $640/Paid $0
GTI Holdings---Borrowed $250/Paid $75
Hydra Fund III----Borrowed $
7Dayloan----Borrowed $500/ Paid $0
It's my payday/national Opportunities Unlimited---Borrowed $700/Paid$370
Oneclickcash----Borrowed $300/paid$90

ALL PDL'S are illegal in New Jersey...that is the state law. Sure the lenders might try to tell you differently but that is a pile of BS. They know which states PDL's are prohibited in but they continue to lend

Follow the link in my signature line for informtion on how to handle illegal loans.
