What hours are credit card companies alowed to call me?

Hi,
currently, I am behind on my payments as I cannot afford to pay them any more. of course, I am looking to settle.
My question is what hours are credit card companies allowed to call me? I have had two call around 8am on the weekends. 8am is way too early. Also I thought Sundays were off limits.
Does anyone know?

Sunday is a christian day...a lot of people in the US are not christian. You can shop on sunday, why shouldnt they be able to collect what you owe??
