I have loans with

Plain Green
Ameriloan
United Cash Loan

Are they legal to lend in Missouri?

Thank you,

I sent the email to all of the lenders I listed. I got back "form emails" that I would hear back in 3-4 business hours. Of course, that time has long since passed. How long does it usually take to hear back from the lenders?

I also left off a lender that was legal (Zestcash) that has been bought by an Illegal lender (Spotloan). I've been reading the messages about Western Sky/Cash Call. Even though CashCall is legal the originator was illegal making the loan illegal. Since Spotloan aquired the legal loan, how does that make it illegal now?

Thanks,

It has been a week since I contacted Ameriloan and United Cash Loans and except for their canned "we got your email" response, I haven't heard a thing.

Plain Green wants to settle for what I have left on the principal of this loan, I countered with take it out of the refund you owe me from the last loan. That was last Thursday haven't heard back from them since.

Any suggestions or sage advice (I'll take placations too ;)).

I have been trying to work with Spotloan (they bought out Zestcash) on my loan. I have advised them not to call my "references". The person emailing me has stated she will honor my wishes as long as I keep in contact with her. Is there a way I can make sure she doesn't call anyone if the negotiations with her fall apart?
I'm still confused as to whether this is a legal loan or not since it started as a legal loan with Zest but now it is with an illegal lender Spotloan.
Her first email title was "Specialty Collections" and now it is "Fraud Recovery Manager".

I haven't heard back from either Ameriloan or United Cash (but did report both to my AG and sent the letters), the page has changed from the red message that I need to contact them to "account unavailable" and if I need assistance to contact a compliance email address. Does this mean the loans are now gone or are they just trying to figure out a different way to get me to pay?

I have yet to hear back from PlainGreen either and they still have the red message up about needing my bank account info.
