I am in Texas. I have 2 title loans on my cars through a company in Arizona. I am late on payments. The vehicles are registered & titled in Texas.
Does anyone know what the laws are regarding loans over state lines?

Texas laws will take precedence over AZ laws given that you took
Texas laws will take precedence over AZ laws given that you took out the loan as a resident of TX. Whatever be the case, they might take your car even if the loan is from across the state line (unless the loan is past the SoL or something which is very unlikely in your case).
