Payday loan revisions

Right now I have 3 payday loans that are debiting my account twice a month for over $900.00. I just cant keep up with these kind of payments. They are from Great Plains
Spotloan and USA Cash . How could I go about getting them to a one time monthly payment that I can afford? I did borrow the money ( not happy about the interest ) and do want to pay them but I simply cannnot keep up with these payments. I live in Missouri. Thanks
