I live in Texas and have 5 loans - 2 which I am behind on - I am looking to see if you can consolidate the PDLs with your credit card debt into one payment or at least the PDLs. I am drowning in debt and have no other means of covering my credit cards and my PDLs and right now I am barely covering my PDLs... Help...

CashNet $1500
Payday Advance $1500
those are the ones behind
Cash America $1200
First Cash Advance $1100
Check N Go $600

Any help is appreciated!

Is the lender's name just CashNet or is it CashNetUSA. Believe me, that would make a lot of difference since CashNet is an illegal lender.

Payday Advance is not an actual lender, rather a loan matching service. They basically took your loan application and gave it to an actual lender. You will need to find out who the actual lender is. Judging from the amount, I say it is possibly an illegal lender (since the loan limit for PDLs in TX is $500)

Cash America, First Cash Advance and ChecknGo are all legal lenders in TX. Moreover, the are possibly CSOs as well (CheckNGo is one for sure). You can call these guys and ask for an extended period repayment plan. Most of them are pretty easy to work with.

You can deal with the illegal lenders yourself. Just go through this link and follow every step:

As far as consolidation is concerned, you can have the legal loans consolidated along with your credit card debt although it would be a better idea to see if the credit card company is open to negotiate a settlement.

Who do you trust that can handle this? There are so many scammers I don't know anyone to turn to and I am beside myself trying to pay these payday loans. Please give me some examples of whom to work with please so I can turn somewhere because I have not found anyone that works with anyone ont his issue as well as works with people with not the best of credit scores.
