Been 5 days since I sent Everest Cash Advance the email

Dear Lender,
My lawyer has brought to my attention that payday lenders must be licensed by the state of Indiana in order to offer loans to its residents. Since your company has no license in my state, the loan contract I have with you is not valid and is illegal. Although I am not legally required to do so, I am willing to repay the principal balance of this loan. To date, I received a direct deposit of $380 of the $400 I borrowed on 6/2012, and have had 4 withdrawals of $120 and 1 withdraw of $140 debited from my account. This results in an overpayment of $240 that you owe me back.
At this time I am requesting a return email acknowledging that my loan has been paid in full. Also, I would like a refund of the $240 overpayment. A refund check of $240 should be mailed to me at the address you have on file.
I am also revoking authorization for ACH withdrawals and any wage assignment I may have signed. I have given a copy of these revocations to both my bank and my employer. Any future attempts to collect funds in this manner will be blocked and reported.
Please respond to this email with acknowledgment that my account has been satisfied in full. Details of when I can expect the refund check, as discussed above, should also be included in the email.
Regards

Everest is located in Nevis West Indies....you are not getting a refund. Do not waste any time even asking for one.

Sorry Soaplady  I'm doing this for my daughter that I thought I had taught better. I pretty much know that getting her money back is not an option. What I was wondering is ... Should I resend the email to at least try and get an email back saying the loan is paid in full? I just have a feeling this is not the end of this mess she got into.
Thanks

Actually your daughter should be doing this...she is not going to learn if she doesnt put the effort in. With you taking care of things, she is likely to repeat the bad behavior.

She has worked right beside me through the whole experience. Both of us have learned a lot although I would not have needed any of this training  I think she has learned a lesson for sure. She was smart enough to only get one PDL and not many as I've seen people do on here
I agree with Soaplady. Your daughter got herself into this mess
I agree with Soaplady. Your daughter got herself into this mess and you're bailing her out. Advise her of the steps to take but make her do it herself.
