I have a pay day loan from a lawn shop in which u had to write a check for to secure it. They are going to cash the check on my next pay day however. Kist my job and won't be able to pay it back. Im also going to have to c,one out. Y account so they don't hit it up with NSF fees. Is there any legal ramifications (like bad check laws) that will happen in regards to this? I live in Texas and I'm worried I'm going to get into trouble. The loan amount was $600 with fees and the like the check was written for $740. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I meant I lost my job and won't be able to pay the loan back and I'm going to have to close my checking account. What can happen because of this?

it was good first time pawning experience. Had pawned my platinum ring at Cash Pawn and got a heavy loan for it. Very conveniently i was able to pay back the amount..and now it clearly shows in my credit score!! :) best way to get rid of bad credit.
