Disputed many things on my credit report with much success (think 10+ items.) I'm now down to pretty much 3-4 items on every report. I'll spare you the particulars because no one really cares unless its their report..but simply put.. im left with:

-Midland (T-mobile) (reporting till 2016)
-Midland (B of A) (Reporting till 2014)
-RJM Acquisitions, Overdrawn bank of america checking (Reporting till 2014)
-Bank of America (Linked to Midland) Still in dispute. (Reporting till 2014)
-Mercantile Adjustment Bureau (Utility bill) Paid, Closed. (They wont remove because I guess they want their 66.00 tl there real bad.) (No end of reporting period date for them. ANYWHERE)

All these TL's go pretty much across the board. (EQ, TU, EX)

In summary: Midland updated as in verified, RJM I've read will do a pay for delete. Many of these drop off in 2014 as I notated above. is it worth paying a collection for a deletion or just wait for it to drop off because 2014 is coming up soon and I want the new iPhone and Nike SB's likeeeeeeeee....dont judge me, im in my 20s.

Sidebar: Wells Fargo sent a checking account/savings I had with them to collections. When I contacted them about it they stated that they were just recruiting the collection agency to "help" them get the debt, that it wasn't sold, that this CA doesn't report to the credit bureaus, that I could still work with them and make payment arrangements. They insist that I can just pay them and don't need to tell the collection agency anything..umm..i call bs. but obviously i made the payment arrangements. Should I contact the agency (by mail of course) and let them know i've made arrangements with wells fargo and no further collection efforts on their end is necessary or would it be better to say nothing. I don't want to not say anything and then magically wake up with something on my credit report or they're still pursuing me.

I would appreciate anyones constructive..positive...non-demeaning..feedback..

sincerely,

ethiopian supermodel

RJM wont remove...dont know where you heard that. Plus you would be on chexsystems And paying midland accounts wont remove them from your credit report.
Hell I will judge you...you are an adult and a materialistic one at that.
Get a HTC One X...much more affordable.

It is not called recruiting but assignment. The CA is under contract to collect. They should not have set up a payment plan for you.

They are still getting paid regardless of who you send your payment to. And again, WF should not have violated their contractual agreement.,

Oh please....you have bad credit and you need to learn how to pay your bills and live within your means. You have screwed up with 2 banks and didnt pay your prior cell phone bill. Get a prepaid you can pay cash with and shoes without a celebrity endorsement.....,and grow up.

OOOOH. A self-empowered, nasty, disrespectful, vitriolic forum queen. Never seen your type trolling around the internet before.. :)

you're irrelevant..as is your tirade.

I was going to read you for blood but..I'm gonna pay it. its likely you're a disgruntled and unattractive single mother living pay check to pay check in minneapolis.

Wrong on all but one point...I do live paycheck to paycheck...I live within my means with clean credit.

You know, it really does matter why your bills went negative...the point is that they did. You are looking for credit to buy toys.

So before you assert your ideas and veil your nasty, childish demeanor as an attempt at being helpful, tread lightly b*tch. The only person irresponsible and failing at life here by that elitist but ultimately pathetic verbal stunt you tried to pull is you. Your entire response indicates your level of unhappiness.

You must be looking into a mirror.
