Second, you need to visit your bank branch and ensure that the account is closed and that nothing can reopen it. If you've revoked ACH authorization and it's an ACH debit that's reopening the account, then you dispute that ACH as unauthorized, show proof that you revoked the authorization and they should reverse the debit and refund any fees.

WHo did you borrow from and which state are you residing in?

What are the names of the pdl companies? How much did you borrow from them? Are your lenders licensed in your state?

I believe the OP has already determined the his/her PDLs are illegal, hence the closing of the account.
