can i be served at my work

Hello I recently been having calls at my work from a collection agency and the last time they called said that if I didn't return their call that in one hour someone was going to serve me at my work. I called because I didn't wanted for this to happen at my work so I returned their call and told them that I was getting out at 4:00 p.m that at that time someone could come to my house to do whatever they had to do, so they told me that it was not possible because they had their routes. Can this be possible and I there is something I can do for them to stop calling at my work.
