indiana payday loan help

hello! looking for a little advice...I have read previous topics discussing illegal lenders and the letters to send them about amounts owed/paid. but I just want to make sure these lenders are actually illegal in my state before I send out the letters... I live in Indiana and have 3 pdl's from bayside cash, gentle breeze, and 500 fast cash...all online. I lokked on in. dept. of finacial institutions web page but didnt find much info on lenders that are legal.. Please help! and thankyou!!!
