You need to dispute it again and provide copies of your state's laws showing that the lender is not licensed to do business in your state and that the contract is invalid. Your loan was with Western Sky, not Cash Call. Western Sky is an illegal tribal lender. They're not licensed and they're charging way above the usury cap for your loan. Be persistent.

Unfortunately even if you call the direct line to the switchboard, they will transfer you to the automated system. You need to have a credit report number with the respective bureau in order to talk to a disputes agent. There's no way to get to one without a report # entered into the automated computer first.
