What makes Cashcall illegal in Virginia? I have a loan that I've paid way over the principal, it was originally initiated through Western Sky but they immediately handed it over to cash call. I'm curious if Cash Call by itself is illegal in Virginia by itself and what makes it so (it is not a payday loan but an installment loan). I'm about 2,000 dollars over principal as is and haven't missed a payment yet including this month. Yikers!

We initially were borrowing from Western Sky, but CashCAll ow (?) the loan. We were approved for an amount but only received a potion of that, after fees and such. What do we do now?

I just emailed the above person via email, stating that we are interested in paying principal amount only that we received. Was this a correct thing to do? I just want rid of this debt, PERIOD!!!!

Western Sky is an illegal lender. You need to follow the steps in my signature line, do an ACH revocation, close your bank account and revoke voluntary wage assignments.

How do I word a revocation? And who do I need to send them to? THe bank and the lender? We changed bank accounts already. I am so lost and flustered.

Don't be confused! You do not need to send an ACH revocation to your bank if you have already changed accounts. When Elissa Chavez writes you back, make her aware that you revoke any/all voluntary wage assignments.
