As far as Chase is concerned, my banker is a family acquaintance and I hate to get snippy with her. My letters to Cash Call stopped their attempts to take out $$ so am hoping this phone call takes care of Bayside. *fingers crossed*

I just finished filing my complaints against Bayside with the FTC and AG. I am calling my bank tomorrow and faxing them the ACH revocation letters. I sure do hope this gets resolved. I don't want my Chase bank account closed - it's been a great bank to deal with in the past.

Well, it's so overdrawn right now because this has been going on for a couple of weeks. I originally called to see if I could get the transactions stopped and they said no - they see it as a debt that I owe, etc.... I was afraid to get snippy because my banker is also a family acquaintance. I am going to call a different person tomorrow and fax them the letters. I think that will be easier!

The bank is lying to you. You are legally authorized to cancel any ACH withdrawls under regulation E of the FDIC. Tell the banker either she cancels the ACHs or you will be calling the FDIC, the OCC, and the FRB.
