I took out a loan for $5000 with cash call and to date have paid them almost $11,000. i have stopped paying and they keep calling for the payments. I knwo have a comany called Delbert Services that is calling but the caller ID says cash call -nevada. I live in michigan and don't think they are licensed in my state. What are my ootions? Should I catch the loan up to date and keep paying?

Tell her you have paid 6,000 over the principle and you want a paid in full notice.
She is the head of disputes for CC.
Cash call
Can anyone explain how when I emailed the person at cash call that supposedly handles disputes, that the follow up phone calls immediately started coming from a company called delbert services. However the caller I'd on the phone says cash call -Nevada. This is very confusing.
