I have tried to check to see if Zest Cash wa legal in Missouri. I have searched the Missouri website and nothing comes up. I also checked Spot Loan ( who is handling all of Zest Cash loans ) and nothing is coming up for the.

Could you let me know if you have any other information on Zest Cash and Spotloan.

Here is a link to the lookup for licensed businesses in Missouri. There is a ZestCash, Inc licensed but it is incorporated in Delaware, the office location of the ZestCash I took a loan out with is in Hollywood, CA. From what I have found, it appears to be located in CA bu the incorporation was in Deleware. It looks like they were legally licensed in MO.
