Ameriloan is an illegal lender. So you owe principal only. As far as the other loans are concerned, you should contact with Louisiana Office of Financial Institutions. If they are legal, then you will have to pay both the principal and interest. In this case you may enroll in a payday loan consolidation program to replace your multiple bills into a single monthly payment.

I've been in contact with Progressive Debt Management .
They're telling me they can contact all the loan companies and arrange some sort of settlement . I'd be paying them 450 a month. Which is way less then what I'm paying now. Scared to agree to it but I'm desperate

Before you pay 40% to a consolidator, tell us what state you are in and who the lenders are. They might all be illegal.

You're in luck. All of those except Cash Central are illegal (they are a CFSA member so you can call up and request an EPP, pay them back first and then pay the illegals as you can pay the illegals on your terms)
