So i found out $52.06 in my bank acct is being held from this LVNV company. I owed money to Cap One. They say the have a court order to hold my money. I never got a court paper! is this legal without notifying me first?? and what happens now with my bank acct?

You may need to go into the court house to see the file to find out how and when they served you. If they did not serve you properly, you will be able to motion the court to set aside the judgment based on lack of or improper service.
