Have recieved two letters from cash call both stating my loan started with westersky and was transfered to cash call and that if Im unhappy with the loan I should pay in full 2600 which Ive already paid 4000 over Ive closed the account and wrote to the FTC should I be doing anything else or continue to demand a refund and a PIF?

Keep demanding the refund and the PIF. You have their phone number, call THEM and harass them every day. Write to them every week demanding the refund. Keep at it till you are bored or they cough up the cash.
