I have closed my account, but still worry....

Dear all:
Like many of you, I have made huge mistakes in the past and I am now drowned by almost a dozen of PDL...I have almost nothing to live on. Fortunately I found this forum and at least it offered me a lifeline....
I live in NJ and I know all pdl I took are illegal, and I followed the steps illustrated by other posters (thanks to Ohiogirl and other posters). I prepared the ACH revocation letters and ready to send them to lenders this weekend (at least until they realize they can no longer take my money). This morning I went to BOA and request to close my checking account and to revoke all ACH. The manager there did close my checking account, but she kept saying she cannot put a "blanket ACH revoke" on the closed account, and can only send me to fraud dept to dispute the individual transactions. I told her I want to make sure no one can reopen the account thru ACH, and I cite the Federal Regulation E my consumer right. Unfortunately she kept saying "I understand, I understand, you have the right to stop ACH, but the bank have no such policy". I threw out all terms like "Debit block" and show her the revocation letters but she keep saying the only thing they can do is to stop the lenders by exact name and amount. Eventually I can only close the bank account but nothing more (I know BOA sucks).
The only good thing is at least I will have my paycheck deposit to my another account, but I am very worry that those illegal PDL will re-open my account and rob me again....
Any suggestions? Thanks a millions!

Tell your manager very firmly that you refuse to be liable for any transactions coming through to the closed account. If you gave her a copy of those revocation letters that is all she needs. If she refuses, make clear to her that you will not pay any fees nor will you pay anything to that account. In fact, I suggest you contact her district manager as she has no clue what the hell she's doing.
