IS ACE CASH EXPRESS legal in Kansas? Has anyone heard of Adastra out of Wichita, KS? Thanks for the help.

Ace Cash Express is legal in Kansas. Adastra out of Wichita appears to be a collection agency.

Yes, they are legal. If you owe this debt, then you are required to pay back both the principal and interest.
