Won't give me information

So what do you do when these jerks refuse to give you any information? I've asked for an address and they tell me they can't give me that information. I did report them to the AG & the FTC, but am still getting calls even after telling them verbally to stop calling.

Verbal cease and desists dont work...per the FDCPA, there is no legal requirement for them to stop calling with a verbal request.
