i received a call from number 1-888-598-5330,delaney ruben, and stein,is this a payday loan collection, they said they were going to court to send a judgement against me, please let me know,thank you

All payday loans in NY are prohibited by law. Send the CA a cease and desist...the loan contract is flawed so it is null and void,.
