I got a payday loan from a company online. Now a third party collection agency is threatening to serve me papers. Can the third party take me to court or does it have to be the original lender?

What is the name of the company you borrowed from?
Anybody who has the legal collection rights over the account can take you to court, be it a third party collector or the original creditor.
