I have 4 credit cards ( belk, goodyear, lanebryant, and capitalone) and the interest rates are extremely high. I make my payments on time every month. I just need a lower payment. Is it posissible to combine all of these cards together to get one interest rateand one pymt.

You can call capital one's retention department and request a lower interest rate. The others are less likely to work with you. If your credit is good you could ocnsider a consolidation loan.
