Pay Day Loan Help!!!

I have 2 pay day loan's i pay more each pay check in fees then i make i need HELP. I have read so much i think i am more confused then before.

I have one laon with

Loan shop online/Penncorp I pay 210.00 every two weeks just in fees


East side lenders i pay 200.00 in fees every two weeks
I pay 30.00 for every 100.00 i was loan

I cant keep doing this and i need help

I am in FL.

Please help


I do know that FL allows 1 payday loan at a time. You will need to check with the Florida Office of Financial Institutions to determine if these lenders are licensed. I would guess that they are not. If illegal, you will need to close your bank account, open a new one, with no link to the original account. You are only morally responsible for paying the principal amount borrowed only, no interest or fees. Click the forums section on this site, click payday loan help, then click sticky which will tell you how to deal with unlicensed lenders. You will need to do some digging but it will be worth it to you.
