I took a loan with cc and my 1st payment is due TONIGHT and I don't have enough to pay them.
What will they do?
Does anyone know anything about the lawsuit that was filed?
Any info re: cc loans in california would be of great help to me.

if you don't have the funds in your account the payment will not post. I do suggest you contact the lender and make a payment arrangement. HOWEVER, some pay day loans are illegal in California and you will only have to pay the principal

Cashcall is not illegal in Californiaa. They are perfectly licensed there and are operating legally. While they are being sued, that doesn't change the fact that this existing agreement needs to be paid. I do agree with you somewhat though, paying them and having it returned NSF will cause the following -

overdraft fee with bank
returned item fee with bank
late fee w/ cashcall
nsf fee with cashcall

Not worth it.
