American Express Harassment

My wife has a credit card from American Express and is a little over 60 days late.
American Express has begun calling 60 times in a 60 minute period. This means the phone is rining every 60 seconds for an entire hour.
Does this appear to have risen to the level of intentional phone harassment? Would an attorney have any case to file a lawsuit against AmEx for the harassment? I have the call number, date, time, caller name, and phone number written down AND on video tape for all of these calls.
Could use some advice.
