So, I sent a letter to Cash Call to Cease and Desist email after a heated call with them on 9/15, but now I wonder if this was the right thing to do.
Dear Debt Collector:

Pursuant to my rights under federal debt collection laws, I am requesting that you cease and desist communication with me, as well as my family and friends, in relation to this and all other alleged debts you claim I owe.

You are hereby notified that if you do not comply with this request, I will immediately file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the State of MN Attorney General’s office. Civil and criminal claims will be pursued.

Sincerely,
I have sent them numerous emails requesting a paid in full on the 2500 loan I took out and documented that there has been 5012.00 paid back (this is direct from them). I stated that the loan violated MN licensing laws and interest laws. I've heard NOTHING from them, not an email, not a phone call, nadda and I'm wondering if this is the end of it or will they reach out to me in writing?

I assume I can't contact them or that would open up the flood gates of them calling me again. Any suggestions, words of wisdom, prior experiences?
