Hello everyone,

I have several loans out and was wondering if they were even legal in the state of Florida and what my best options would be in order to be done with them.

Plain Green Loans = $2000 which is charging me $133 every 2 weeks and barely any going to the principle of the loan. I have paid a total of $1,608.72 up to date and they say i still owe $1,800.

ItsMyPayDay Loans =$600 which is charging me $150 every 2 weeks. I have paid $300 and none of it has gone to the principle.

Hydra Funds III= $200 which I never approved of and they want to charge me $75 every 2 weeks until paid off plus and extra $250 in interests.

Ameriloan=$250 which is the same as the Hydra Funds III loan.

and finally

QXL Loans=$200 which is the same as Ameriloan and Hydra Funds III.

Any help at all would be greatly appreciated please.

Thank you guys.

Ok so I sent the emails to all of the loans and they are supposed to withdraw money tomorrow but since I closed that account it obviously will not go through. We'll see what happens then. In my email I specified that I wanted to be contacted via email only to have written proof of the conversations. I also used the sample letter in this link http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/paydayloan/outstanding-loan.html cause it seemed like it explained everything. Hopefully it'll help and I'll be able to fix this issue quickly.

Ok so I finally received an answer from one of the loan companies. This is what it read:
Dear Victor Hernandez,
We received your correspondence and are very sorry to hear you are upset with the service provided. We would like to inform you that your balance with National Opportunities Unlimited has been waived and nothing further is owed. It is our pleasure to help resolve any concerns you may have and we can be contacted by reply email or at the number listed below.
Thank you for allowing us to assist you,
Account Specialist
National Opportunities Unlimited
800-648-1282
That's one down and four more to go. The email address for Hydra Fund iii came back saying that it was the wrong email address, so I guess I have to wait for them to call me so I can ask for the correct one.

if you have not filed AG,AND FTC complaints do so.then hang up on them without a word and have others do the same in regards to ameriloan.i have dealt with them and a dial tone is good enough for them.

Ok I found out that it's from Hydra Financial and now they are saying that i owe more money that they actually lent me. They say they need a payment of $300 by today and $150 by the end of the month. This is a collection agency calling me. Should I call them back and tell them that I know that the company is an illegal lender in Florida and I am only forced to pay what they lent me? What should I do? Someone please help.

I talked to them and I told then that I knew it was a scam cause the payday loan was illegal in Florida and the guy got very upset. He started yelling at me and was very rude and then hung up on me. He said his name was "Steven Kane" and that they will file papers to take me to court. Can they do that or is it just a bunch of crap?

They're working for the company that put money in my account without my approval and are actually from Iraq or something like that. If I remember correctly this "Hydra Fund iii" company was based out of Iraq which is pretty funny if you think about it. When I told the guy that I knew it was an illegal lender, that I never requested that money from them, and that I had tried contacting the actual company to give them their money back and to tell them that I didn't want it he said that the company Hydra Fund iii weren't handling the situation anymore and that I couldn't get in contact with them. Then he put me on hold for like 2 minutes and said that he had just finished talking with the company and that they were willing to settle for like $200 more than the actual initial loan. When I told him that was not acceptable he got upset, said that whatever happens, happens and that if I get sent to court not to go crying to him for a settlement. Then he proceeded to hang up on me while he was cursing me off. It was actually pretty funny. Just hope no court papers arrive at my house or my job.

So 2 weeks ago the collectors called threatening me about them being a process server and stuff and then got rude and angry when I told them that I wanted to speak with the actual Loan company through email only and I would not pay them anything unless that happened. They told me I had 1 hour to pay them or they would send me to court. Now I get a phone call today from the same people telling me that I have an hour to pay or they are going to send me to court. These people are ridiculous! Is there anyway at all that I can stop them from calling me and any other number?
