I have a concern with this company. I have received phone calls from this establishment from a rep named Janice Mitchell. When i did not call her back right away she called both my dad and my brother. She then told my dad and my brother that i will be going to jail if i did not call her regarding my debt. Now she did divulge information to both parties about the debt. Is that legal? She has now called me twice at work after being told not to contact me at work. She basically told me she is going to sue me for a debt that is atleast 5 to 6 years old. I have never denied owing the debt they refused to send me documentation. All these people do is threaten. I told her that i would call the company that i owe and she said to me i own your ass now. What can i do? I am a big frightened and not aware of my rights. can you give me some advice?


you use any numbers you have and an address and file AG,and FTC complaints asap.then ignore/hang up on them at work,and ignore the calls at home.btw who is the OC?are they even legal in your state?please provide that info and we can help further.

Henderson Weinstein and wyatt. They are calling me on a debt from 2006. I have asked this woman on two occasions to not call me at work and she still calls. She told my brother that she was an agent with the FBI and that they were looking for me because i had a "case" in my county. She called my dad and told him that i had a debt and they were going to put me in jail. When i did finally speak with her (Janice Mitchell) she called me a liar and told me they were going to take me to court. when i asked about the debt she told me it was HSBC. I then said i would call them and find out what was going on. She said to me they don't own your debt we own your a** now. I politely asked her not to call me at work again and hung up. She just keeps calling and telling everyone my business. I'm fed up with her threats! She literally has my dad thinking i am going to jail. I feel helpless. I have filed complaints and nothing has come of it. They think they are above the law.

This is there address...I would highly suggest you mail them a cease and desist letter in writing. Certified mail return receipt requested. Then find an NACA attorney.....they major time broke the law...make them pay you!!!!
