I had a past due account with an apartment complex so this company called me wanting to pay the balance . When I asked what the balance was I was told 1900 . When I called the apartment complex they told me it was 80 and that I could pay it through them . I paid the apartment complex and now iq data will not show it paid and says I still owe the money . These are the rudest people that I have ever dealt with .
Do you have any written documents that prove you only owe 80 and
