can you turn in a bad debt on the same person , same debt into two collection agencies so when one agency has to file in court the other agency can collect for you?

if we turn a guy named jack into collection agency called ace and they go to court and garnish an amount of money out of jack's pay check for 3 months. then ace has to go to court to get another 3 months collection to be able to collect for another 3 months from jack. that seem to be the way it works anyway. my question is can I turn jack into another collection agency besides ace? So while ace is going to court to be able to collect again from jack my other collection agency can kick in right away and start garnishing on jacks check.
