Letter to Palisades

Here is a letter that I sent to them (Palisades) today.

Dear Kenny,
Subject: Attempt to Collect a Debt
As I stated in my first correspondence to Palisades in a letter dated 11 July 2012, I am not the person you should be sending your demands to. Regarding the document sent to me on 5 September 2012 detailing the account information, the Open Date: 12/1/1972 which I assume is when this account was first opened, in 1972 I was 13 years old, not old enough to open an account of any type, let alone service for a telephone and there was no Verizon, not until 3 July 2000 according to my research.
Yesterday I received another package from you (Kenny) containing what looks like a telephone bill??? nowhere in here does it identify me personally as being the owner or the person responsible for the service that you want me to pay you for, other than a common first and last name. Also, if you had done a simple Google search of the telephone number (610) 623-XXXX you would notice that the person you are looking for has a ???G.??? as his middle initial and still lives at the address on the bill that you sent to me as evidence. Last, I have never lived in ANY part of Pennsylvania??? ever although it seems that First name G. Last name still does.
In closing, this is my last correspondence to either you (Kenny) or Palisades Collection LLC that will not be conducted via legal representation. Any further attempts to contact me regarding this situation should be made via certified mail which will be forwarded to an attorney of my choosing. Maybe when you contact First name G. Last name of [Address] Lansdowne, PA 19050 and he turns out to be the true debtor, or not, Palisades Collections LLC will send me a check for $92.84 as payment for my time and effort that you???ve wasted with this??? or at the very least an apology.
PLEASE CEASE AND DESIST.
