There is no way you can find out for sure who gave the bank your SSN. There could be a million and half probable sources. Have you disputed the matter with the bank?

thanks for you response Steve....up the frustration I have been going through, and not getting answers from the creditors attorneys....I am sueing everyone...by doing this I received motions from them to dismiss where they had to show what they did as to writs, and other paperwork....with that I was able to put together pieces of the puzzle some more.....when I received the judgment which came with the bank statement of freezing my account...I now see that the bank did some copy and paste to the original judgment and it was their handwritting on the copy of the judgment....I just need to find out either who gave them the ss number or why they put it on ........ the bank, a skip tracer and another creditor never returned the anything from my summons....the tracer just sent the mail back....just 2 attorneys have motions to dismiss and I may make a motion to dismiss but knowing that it seems one of the attorneys had hired this tracer to hunt down the wrong creditor, me.....I am running out of time, Im due in court next month to fight this crap but if I dismiss this I may never know who make all this trouble for me....because of this my credit has been ruined and blacklisted until 2017....great stuff...stinks...thanks for you response, Rich
