Legit in the sense that they won't take your money and run off with it? Yes. Legit in the sense that they are running a necessary service? No. I suggest you let us help you with PDLs the old fashioned way - list out your lenders and we will determine the legality. YOu may not owe any more money on some and some may even owe you money!
