Personally I would also tell them you are not paying another dime....you have more than overpaid with previous loans. They will send you email trying to confuse you, but simply stick to your guns....

They are unlikely to listen to the cease and desist. As mentioned they are an illegal lender operating in Malta. They don't give a damn about a C and D sent by a US resident.

If your checkbook was stolen, you would close your account, right? Treat zip 19 as a thief who will steal your check book. Close the account. People do it everyday and those payments/direct deposits CAN be changed.
Do the ACH revocation and make sure your bank has a copy.
