Personally I would also tell them you are not paying another dime....you have more than overpaid with previous loans. They will send you email trying to confuse you, but simply stick to your guns....

Unless you have an unbelievably good reason not to, I'd close that checking account immediately. It is the 1st step to better days !

I don't want them contacting my employer should I send a cease and desist letter as a preventative measure?

You need to close your bank account or they will take out the full amount. That is not optional. Close it or be hit with the full amount, end of story.

They are unlikely to listen to the cease and desist. As mentioned they are an illegal lender operating in Malta. They don't give a damn about a C and D sent by a US resident.

If your checkbook was stolen, you would close your account, right? Treat zip 19 as a thief who will steal your check book. Close the account. People do it everyday and those payments/direct deposits CAN be changed.

Do the ACH revocation and make sure your bank has a copy.
