Hello I have to pdl's from US Fast Cash for $500 and $400 from 500 Fast Cash. I live in North Carolina and I am preparing my letter's to send to the companies since they are illegal. Does anyone have a specific link for the North Carolina state law on PDL's if so that would help. Thank you very much. :cool:

Payday lending is prohibited in North Carolina. You owe principal only. Don???t pay them an extra dime other than the principal. Close down your old bank account and open a new one.
