Capitol Solutions - need help

This company called me and claimed to be my city county clerk's office saying they are trying to serve me papers. I asked for their mailing address and phone number to call back, they gave me two numbers - both answered as Capitol Solutions. They called my workplace and talked to an assistant saying that they are trying to serve me papers. First they claimed to be the city clerk's office which is fraud, second when I spoke to a rep they said they could not send me a letter to validate their legal company. I called the city clerk's office, they didn't know where to direct me to report this. The guy I spoke to on the phone called me a "professional thief". What is the best way to proceed? Does anyone have an address for this company?


Okay, so I filed a complaint with the FTC, the people from this so called company called my assistant at work and were dumb enough to leave a message on her voicemail saying they were trying to serve me papers. When I called the company again, a rep answered again refusing to give me an address or the " law firm's' license number, said it's irrelevant...really!...a license number irrelevant...hmm...refused to send me anything in writing and told me that I need to stop calling or they will file a complaint against me...haha. They ended the call with "see you in court."

cece already filed the FTC complaint.now cece needs to follow steve's advice and file the AG complaint.then ignore this bottomfeeding slime as all they will do is threaten stupidly.
