I have been going back and forth with plain green loans for months, after finding out that their loans are not legal in NC, I followed all of the steps in your info, and advised them that since I have more than paid back the principle amount they loaned to me, I requested a pif. Today I received another email stating that they will settle for the principle of the current loan but will not credit the interest paid on the previous loan to cover the current loan. I have seen many posts on here where people said they did get pif from plain green loans and did get past interest payments credited to their balances or even refunds for overpayment. I have overpaid 300 over principle total from both loans and payments I made. Is there anything else I can say to them to just get pif, I did not even ask for refund, just wanted loan closed and pif.

Here is a letter to send to them

Dear Plain Green Loans,

Do yourselves a favor and mark my account PIF. You are lucky I am not demanding a refund. If you do not mark it PIF and charge it off to CA I will simply cease and desist them. You are not getting another nickel from me, so let's make this easy for both of us.

Best Regards
