I opened a boa cc in 2007... they charged the account off and filed a profit and loss write off. Now fia sues me... i have no clue who they FIA is... the attorney does not send docs to prove i owe fia... i had to fill a discovery they sent me... now i have the summary judgment to respond to.
I am on disability, was never notified of boa purchasing mbna and apparently fia was with mbna...
apparently someone at boa or fia or... changed my original account number ... I never received notification of this and the paperwork they sent with this summary judgement has the account numbers blacked out...
thank you for your opinion.
