I am in the payday loan trap (online) and I want to know if the companies I am
Dealing with are illegal or not. How do you find that out?!
Please help!

State the name of the payday loan companies. You can even check the state payday loan laws from this page:

You haven???t mentioned the name of your state. So it???s very difficult to say the legality of the pdl companies. You will be liable for both the principal and interest, if the lenders are licensed in your state. But you are required to pay only the principal if they are not licensed in your state.

I live in New York.
The loans I got online are:
Cash cure borrowed $600 paid about $800
Cash call $500 paid $160
VIP $250 paid about $60
Vin capital $250 paid about $100
Mass street group $250 paid $150
I have not paid the total principal amount to any of them except cash cure. The loan was $600 and I've paid almost $800 total.
I just sent an ach revoke letter toads street group and I made a
Bi weekly payment plan with cash cure.
I KNOW I shouldn't have gotten them in the first place, I wish I could turn back time, but I can't. I want to pay what I borrowed and MOVE ON! My paycheck is gone the day I get it because of these things

ALL PDLs and any loan with a higher interest rate than 16 percent (cashcall) is ILLEGAL and NULL AND VOID in NYS. You owe principal only, no fees. Email Elissa Chavez with CashCall, tell her you are willing to repay the principal if and only if they delete it from your credit afterwards.
