Debt Valiation Letter

I had sent out 2 DV letters at the end of June to two different collectors
on debts I d id not believe I owed. I have not received anything back from either one. Am I to assume after all this time that they could not
produce the original paperwork and or all the documentation I requested. Is there a time limit for them to produce it?

What other documentation besides a written agreement were you as
What other documentation besides a written agreement were you asking for?? Hopefully you did not send them one of those stupid DV's that are floating out on the web including this site.
Legally they dont have to respond...they can simply close the account and send it back to the client. The client can then place it with another agency and the cycle repeats.
