Hello,
Are payday loans, Rapid cash loans, short term cash loans, and short term lines of credit all the same thing? I'm trying to determine if Military Financial is acting/loaning illegally not only in my state but to military members. We recently obtained a "loan" from them that will come out of our account in 4 withdrawals at almost 600%!! We are active military. We live in the state of Missouri and I have looked in e every avenue I know possible and they are not licensed in Montana which is required. They are offshore based.
They are acting under the premise they are not a pay day loan company and therefore can charge more than 36% to military. However, they still are illegal based on the fact they are not licensed in Missouri correct?
Could you check on them for me and any help possible would be so much appreciated!!

no offshore lender is legal no matter what they call their loans.go to soaplady's,ohiogal's,or waffles signatures on how to deal with illegal lenders.
