National Credit Adjusters-Pay Day Yes

Well after months I have received a call from National Credit Adjusters regarding a pay day loan that I stopped paying on in January. The loan was 400.00 and repaid triple that. Im in NJ and know the loan was illegal and my account was closed. How do I handle National Credit Adjusters?? She said she was marking my account as refusal to pay. I stated this loan was paid in full and she said in fact it wasnt. I said send me a debt validation letter. What do I need to do? Do I send them something before they send it to me? What does anyone know about National Credit Adjusters?


Thanks Waffles I appreciate your help! Should I send the debt validation and cease and desist today or wait to receive a collection letter from them? Also would you mind if I p/m you about cash call? I have spoken to you through posts regarding cash call but wanted to get some other advice. Thanks

Ok thanks. Do you think they will send me a letter of collection in the mail?
