I have had several loans out with Bayside Cash and I keep getting suckered in when they email me and state "next finance fee half off!" "no refinance fee on your next loan", etc. My last one out was only ofr $450 and I am fed up with it. Now they emailed me stating that it was invalid and I would be due the full finance fee, etc. I am in the state of Texas and have looked around and have noticed that they are out of Belize?! I don't see anything about a CSO or any other DBA. I have already semi closed my account with my bank and opened another that is not attached in any way. Can anyone verify that they are in fact illegal before I start with their harassment business and other tactics.

These are the loans I have received, all but the $450 one has been PIF.

9/25/12 - $450
7/19/12 - $600
3/28/12 - $500
11/21/11 - $300
Total - $1850

The total in fees I have paid is $2,555, so with that being said they would owe be $705. Am I correct?

Please help, the next date is this Friday and I'll need to move fast.

Bayside Cash is an illegal lender. So you owe principal only. Don???t pay them any interest or fees. Close down your old bank account fully. Ask them for a refund as you have paid them more than principal. Visit this link to know how to deal with illegal lenders:

This sound ok to email them today?
Dear Bayside Cash,
It has come to my attention per my debt consolidation attourney that payday lenders must be licensed by the state of TEXAS in order to offer loans to its residents. Since your company has no license in my state, the loan contract I have with you is not valid. To date 10/4/2012, I received deposits for a total of $1850, and have had bi-weekly withdrawals debited from my account for finance charges and repayments with a total of $2555. This results in an overpayment of $705.
At this time I am requesting a return email acknowledging that my loan has been paid in full. Also, I would like a refund of the $705 overpayment. A refund check of $705 should be mailed to me at the address you have on file.
I am also revoking authorization for ACH withdrawals and any wage assignment I may have signed. I have given a copy of these revocations to both my bank and my employer. Any future attempts to collect funds in this manner will be blocked.
Please respond to this email with acknowledgment that my account has been satisfied in full. Details of when I can expect the refund check, as discussed above, should also be included in the email.
Thank you,
