Recieved an email yesterday from a Jean Kohles at CashCall stating how the contract is valid, legal, blah blah blah. It also stated that the loan had been sold to WS Funding and is being serviced by CashCall. Can anyone tell me anything about this Ms.Kohles. Also I've heard that WS/CashCall is somehow legal because they are not considered a payday loan company? True or not?

Absolutely wrong. Western Sky is an illegal lender. Since the loan has originated with Western Sky, so in this case Cash Call is also considered as illegal.
